Lousie and Marks wedding at The Carbis Bay Hotel was the most amazing day!
The day began a bit rainy and grey but that didn’t effect the most fabulous setting above Carbis Bay beach and the happiest atmosphere I encountered when I walked into Louise’s room that morning.
It was lovely to capture both Louise and Marks emotions as they read the letters they had both written to each other.
The ceremony took place in the hotel, in a room full of natural light and gorgeous views across the beach and out to sea.
Once the ceremony was over and they were announced husband and wife, the guests were led through to the conservatory for drinks and canapés.
The weather turned dry just in time for photos on the beach. The younger bridesmaids kicked their shoes off and ran straight for the sea which gave me the chance to get some nice natural photos.
They made the room look really pretty with lots of beach styled bunting, a fabulous sweet buffet beach hut, and high tea for all the guests.
Soon the day turned to evening and the guests were treated to ice cream from an ice cream trike and also the most amazing magician I’d ever seen!… the look on Louise’s face says it all!
Everyone crowded around the dance floor to watch the first dance. Afterwards they were lucky enough to have a performance by the very talented singer, lottee Brown, who kicked off the night with a bang!
Just before I left we went outside and got some great sparkler shots. It involved me running around in circles like a headless chicken and Mark and Louise were very patient keeping as still as they could! It was definitely worth it though 🙂
I was so thrilled to be a part of their special day and I wish them all the happiness for a beautiful future together.
