I knew Hannah and John from when I was based up in Newquay so it was lovely when Hannah asked me to be her wedding photographer. They were both so excited to be the first couple to have a wedding in the newly built Carbis Bay Beach Club. The venue sits just above the beach with stunning views out into the bay. My assistant photographer took photos of John, Nathan the best man and his brother Alan as they all got ready in a house just above the hotel. Whilst I was in the hotel with the girls as they all had their hair and makeup done. Their beautiful ceremony took place in the hotel followed by drinks in the conservatory and then into the grounds and beach for photos. The venue was very beautifully decorated with a soft peachy vintage feel, with vintage teapots and peach roses. After some emotional speeches and an amazing buffet the room was turned over for the reception! Hannah and John booked a great band which kicked off the night and filled the dance floor straight away. The guests were treated to a hog roast in the evening and then sparklers and fireworks to end an amazing day. x
